The Dial
The two-tone silvered dial features bold black Roman numerals, luminous sword-shaped hands and three recessed subdials for running seconds and chronograph functions. Fine circular detailing adds texture, while an outer tachymeter scale gives it a sporty touch. The date sits at 3 o’clock beneath the Roadster’s distinctive elongated magnifier.

The Case
Crafted from stainless steel, the case measures approximately 43mm across and 47mm in length, with curved sides and tapered ends giving it the recognisable Roadster silhouette. The polished bezel frames the shaped sapphire crystal, while exposed screws at the four corners add definition to the design. A prominent fluted crown with a rounded steel tip sits between two sculpted chronograph pushers, following the flowing contours of the case.

The Bracelet
The watch is fitted with a stainless steel Cartier bracelet featuring brushed centre links and polished outer links. Its broad, gently curved links flow neatly into the case, complementing the Roadster’s rounded profile. A concealed double-folding clasp, signed Cartier on the inside, maintains a clean and continuous appearance when closed.

The Movement
Powering the watch is the Cartier Calibre 8510, a self-winding mechanical chronograph movement. It provides central hours and minutes, running seconds and a date display, alongside a chronograph with a central seconds hand, 30-minute counter and 12-hour counter.
