For sale is a beautiful vintage Rolex Datejust Ref. 6827, dating to circa 1978 and crafted entirely in solid 18k yellow gold, featuring the elegant 31mm mid-size case.

A particularly attractive feature of this example is its champagne tapestry dial, characterised by fine vertical textured lines running across the surface. The pattern interacts beautifully with the light, adding depth and dimension to the warm champagne tone while retaining the understated elegance associated with vintage Datejust models.

The dial is complemented by applied yellow gold baton hour markers and matching gold hands, with small luminous plots positioned around the outer minute track. The signature date aperture sits at 3 o’clock beneath the Cyclops magnification lens.
