The Ref. 118205 pairs the timeless 36mm Day-Date design with Rolex’s proprietary 18k Everose gold, developed to retain its rich warm tone over time and resist fading.

The Meteorite Diamond Dial

The defining feature of this watch is its exceptional factory Meteorite Diamond Dial.

Fashioned from a slice of genuine meteorite that travelled through space for millions of years before reaching Earth, each dial displays a naturally occurring crystalline Widmanstätten pattern formed during an incredibly slow cooling process over millions of years. These distinctive formations cannot be artificially replicated, ensuring that every meteorite dial is completely unique.

The dial is further enhanced by ten factory-set brilliant-cut diamond hour markers, complemented by baguette-cut diamond indexes at 6 and 9 o’clock.

The Oyster Bracelet

The watch is fitted with its original solid 18k Everose gold Oyster bracelet, Unique to the Day-Date, it is the only Rolex Oyster bracelet fitted with a concealed Crownclasp, creating a seamless and elegant appearance. As part of the six-digit generation, the bracelet also benefits from updated solid-link construction and the upgraded clasp, offering improved durability, comfort and a more substantial feel on the wrist.
