For sale is an exceptional Rolex Day-Date Ref. 18138, produced in 1987 and presented in 18k yellow gold with factory-set diamonds throughout.

This is one of the most striking Day-Date configurations, featuring a factory diamond-set bezel, diamond-set lugs, diamond-set President bracelet and a factory diamond string dial.

The Case
The watch features the classic 36mm Day-Date case, crafted from solid 18k yellow gold. The case is elevated by factory diamond-set lugs and a factory diamond bezel, complete with the distinctive “ROLEX” engraving at 6 o’clock.

The Dial
The champagne sunburst dial is a real highlight of the watch, featuring Rolex’s factory diamond string layout with diamond hour markers. The combination of the warm gold dial, black printing and brilliant-cut diamonds gives the watch a refined but unmistakably luxurious presence.

The Bracelet
